We have an in house Fleetcare Manager who is responsible for any issue’s relating to aftercare, VCS has procedures in place for reporting any problems incurred. This process ensures the customer is kept advised until any problems are fully resolved, and the appointed dedicated VCS Account Manager provides additional support and back up as required to ensure all customer requirements are met.
VCS Ltd has joined forces with The David Boatwright Partnership to provide a parts service, once again with a dedicated procedure in place to offer the competitive supply of parts. Furthermore we would look to provide the customer by mutual negotiation and agreement an impress stock of vulnerable items that would ensure the fleet efficiency and reduce VOR instances.
