We are very pleased to announce that Tomas Ruseckis has been promoted from Production Supervisor to Production Manager.

Since joining VCS in March 2015 Tomas has been a valued member and has shown exemplary commitment to his role and the business. Tomas’s new role will involve:

• Carrying out performance reviews with direct reports twice per year setting SMART objectives.
• Introduce operational key performance indicators.
• Develop Standard Operating procedures and support the development of work instructions.
• ensure skills matrixes are updated and reviewed on a regular basis.

We wish Tomas the best of luck in this challenging role and in the execution of his duties.
